Is this a requirement by Malaysian govt for person in Malaysia to fly to the United States Traveling Fund Non American passport holders are advised to hold a travel fare of $3,500USD. This is the policy between the two government so as the traveler not to rubbish or constitute nuisance to America community. Friend wants me to send her $3500 so she can fly from Malaysia to the USA and I need to know if this is legitimate. She originally flew from Australia to Malaysia and now wants to fly to the USA from Malaysia
